It has been awhile!

Sorry everyone for not posting sooner, but these boys keep us so busy!!! Can I get an AMEN?!?! We really have had a lot going on around here, so here we go...

2 weeks ago we went to Troy for the Hussey Family reunion. It was a lot of fun to see everyone since they haven't seen us since the boys were born. The next day (Sunday) our Sunday School class had a picnic lunch after church at the Sturbridge park. As you can imagine...the boys were in HEAVEN!!! They really enjoyed playing on the playground. After leaving the park, they slept on the way home for a total of 10 minutes, & they were ready to play again. As most of you know by now, I am a stickler for a schedule...especially nap time. So, we let them play with the new T-ball set Marc bought them. Mason isn't happy unless he has a bat & ball in his hand. He is always wanting to pitch!! Caleb doesn't love it that much because we think he is going to hit left handed, & he just cannot get the hang of hitting...YET!!! We are still practicing with him.

We have also been outside enjoying this MUCH cooler weather. Thank the LORD!!! The boys would say outside 24/7 if we let them. Of course, you know we would be playing ball & now we have bases to run. Other than that we have been hanging out!!

My dad, Pop, came to visit this past Friday. The boys had to twist his arm you know. They called him up & asked him to take them to PUMP IT UP!! He said pretty much said when & where. I am not sure who had more fun...him or the boys. There favorite part is the basketball stuff. All they want to do is SLAM DUNK!!! We really enjoyed spending the day with him...Thank you POP!!!

This past Sunday, we went down to Marc's parents to go to church & spend the day with them. I was helping my sister in law sew for her son's bedroom. She is due to have another boy Oct 15 & she is trying, as we all do, to be MOTHER OF THE YEAR!!! She decided to start a MAJOR undertaking about 1 month before she is due. I came to the rescue to help!! You all know, I really hate to sew!!! HAHA When the boys got up from their nap, their Maw Maw & Non-na wanted to take them fishing. Well, what an experience. This was their first time, & they HATED it!!! Their daddy helped them & tried to show them what to do. They liked holding the pole waiting for the fish, but forget it when they pulled it out of the water!!! Maybe things will be different next time.
